Building an Optimized Network
At first the Icoo network determines your location based on your IP address. It then gets your location from the GeoIP global database
and builds an optimal route from you to the Icoo network FTP servers located nearest to you.
Connection speeds to each of the Icoo FTP servers located in the previous step are measured next, to determine the optimal downloading
algorithm. After that, the Icoo network downloads the file you selected by slices from all servers simultaneously based on the optimal
algorithm, using your internet connection at it's maximum power.
When the download is complete the program decompresses, decrypts, builds the whole file from the downloaded slices, and checks the file
checksum to verify that the download was successful. The file is then saved to the selected folder on your hard disk.
