What are Icoo Net and Icoo Loader, and why not just download files normally using my browser?
First of all, Icoo Net designed for very large files like high quality movies with volumes up to several gigabytes. If such files become public, downloading speed becomes very poor. Even if you have very high speed connection it is almost impossible to find sources that will provide fast downloading of this content on the internet.
Icoo Loader is a download manager that downloads large files from the propietary Icoo Net using the most optimal route and several simultaneous threads from the Icoo highspeed FTP servers nearest to you. Plus only members can download from Icoo Net. In this way we can guarantee that downloading speed will be limited only by your internet connection.
Is it true that all files in the Icoo Network are absolutely free for downloading? How about quality?
We share DVD movies for free. But speed and fast servers costs. Our income is to sell bandwidth quota. That's all. All files are from our legal publishers, licensed for mass distribution, in 3 quality options. You will NOT be involved in any kind of non-legal downloading or usage crime.
I have subscribed and got an active login and password. Where do I need to enter them to start downloading?
You should enter Login (UserName) and Password into IcooLoader settings dialog:
 
I have 1Mbps the internet-channel. But IcooLoader loads files at maximum speed of 800Kbps. How can I increase speed of downloading?
To get maximum set parameters as it is specified on a picture above.
Alternative downloading methods there could be faster depends on your provider.
I have downloaded movie but video plays without a sound (or sound without video). What should I do?
Download and install Xvid-codec - that must solve all problems.
We strongly recommends download and install Free K-Lite Codec Pack (BASIC-version) for viewing ANY video-files on your computer.
Will I have trouble with downloading files from Icoo Net if I live far away, like thousands of miles from the Icoo FTP Servers?
NO you will not! Icoo Net was designed expressly as a solution to that very problem. Wherever you live, the Icoo Loader determines your country location and builds an optimal route to our FTP servers based on connection speed to each from you.
Icoo Loader shows that I live at the South Pole, but I'm in USA!!
Icoo Loader shows South Pole for some connections like Satellite IP addresses, or some anonymizing proxy servers that hide your real IP address, making it impossible to determine your location on Earth planet - . In this case it will build the route for IP packages based on connection speed to every of our servers from you after the autotest has finished.
Why did my download stop? And if it stopped what i should do? Why I can't connect?
If you can't connect to Icoo Net try following steps:
1. Make sure that your internet connection is on.
2. If you're using a proxy server to connect in Icoo Loader, try to switch it off or change it to 100% working one.
3. Make sure that you're not behind firewall that is blocking Icoo Loader.
4. Contact our support [here]. We will try to help.
ICOO Loader doesn't work. By clicking on the icoo:// link nothing happen or the window with "Your system doesn't have ICOO Loader installed" message appears, but I have ICOO Loader installed for sure. What should I do?
First, you can use icoo:// links directly from the program: just copy the link and paste it into a "Paste ICOO url here" field in the ICOO Loader program->File queue. Second, the described behaviour can be met, if you have one of the programs installed that forbids writing to "Browser Helper Objects" registry section (i.e. firewalls or some antiviral or antyspyware software that have registry writing monitoring feature) installed. In this case you need to reinstall ICOO Loader, and accept any registry changes, made by ICOO Loader's setup.
Where can I cancel my subscription?
In the bottom of Join-page there is a link for cancel trial or monthly subscription.
